These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nexbid products and services offered by Nexbid Systems. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Nexbid provides software to help electrical contractors manage preconstruction workflows, including invitations to bid. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

3. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, Nexbid Systems’ liability is limited as described in your order form or master agreement, if any; otherwise, liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

4. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or as described in your agreement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
